1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and menang888 ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at menang888.lat and its associated subdomains, mobile applications, and related digital properties (collectively, the "Platform").

This Agreement governs all use of the Platform by registered and guest users. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise interacting with any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, as well as our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated by reference.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the menang888 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. We strictly enforce this minimum age requirement in accordance with responsible gaming standards.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local, national, or international law. You are solely responsible for verifying your local legal position.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.

menang888 reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification checks at any stage of the player lifecycle — at registration, on first withdrawal, on any subsequent withdrawal, or upon reasonable suspicion of ineligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

You may register only one (1) account on the menang888 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You undertake to update your account information promptly if any details change. menang888 cannot be held responsible for losses or service interruptions resulting from inaccurate information provided at registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will bear full responsibility for all resulting transactions and consequences.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify menang888 immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate action, but cannot guarantee recovery of funds lost prior to notification.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Funds

4.2 Withdrawals

Funds held in your menang888 account are non-interest-bearing. menang888 maintains player funds in accounts segregated from operational funds, ensuring that player balances are protected in the ordinary course of business. However, menang888 does not provide any guarantee of fund protection in the event of insolvency beyond what is required under applicable licensing obligations.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

menang888 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.

menang888 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any qualifying activity already completed in good faith.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the menang888 sportsbook and casino are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and bet type — before confirming any wager. menang888 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets once they have been accepted by the system.

6.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing mistake, menang888 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes. This includes but is not limited to: odds offered in error, game outcomes affected by software malfunction, or data feed failures from third-party sports data providers.

In the event of a disconnection during a live game, bets already accepted and in progress will be settled according to the game outcome as recorded by the studio provider's system. menang888 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the menang888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Creating more than one account, or creating an account on behalf of or for the benefit of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to obscure the origin of funds.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploitation must be reported to support immediately.
• Colluding with other players in poker or other competitive games to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to conceal your true location.
• Engaging in any abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward menang888 staff or other players via any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the menang888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game software, and source code — is the property of menang888 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content for commercial purposes.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on any Platform content.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application without our express written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content immediately terminates the licence granted above and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, menang888 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or cost of substitute services — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

menang888's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your menang888 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may close your menang888 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

11.2 Termination or Suspension by menang888

menang888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• Where required by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• Where we determine that continued operation of your account poses a responsible gaming risk to you or others.

In cases of account termination for cause, menang888 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Where investigations confirm a breach, forfeiture of balances may apply.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which menang888 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration administered under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The seat of arbitration and the language of proceedings shall be determined in accordance with the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer to seek redress through applicable consumer protection mechanisms in your jurisdiction. Malaysian players may seek guidance from the Agensi Kaunseling dan Pengurusan Kredit (AKPK) for financial counselling related to gambling-related debt.

13 Amendments to These Terms

menang888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
